Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

As we are manufacturer, we only supply goods that are specific parts for specific paddle sports items. So as policy we cannot take back product returns after just looking, testing and so on. Our main goal is not to sell products directly to private customers, but only to serve if some sparepart is hard to find from your local store.

Warranty cases:

In case of warranty, the case should be solved to the local dealer/distributor where you have done the purchase. They will contact us on future process.

Information needed is:

Customer name and address details

Purchase reciept

Photos and explanation on the case

Production number found on kayak / canoe hull
